Nonna’s Broccoli Soup

 

Ingredients*

1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 cups reserved broccoli cooking water (or vegetable broth)

2 cups pasta (any shape you prefer)

Grated Pecorino Romano cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
